Aim of the Journal
The Scientific–Research Quarterly Journal of Strategic Studies and Foresight of the Islamic World (JSSFIW), affiliated with the Supreme National Defense University of the Islamic Republic of Iran (SNDU), is an international interdisciplinary academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarly understanding of the complex transformations, strategic dynamics, and future trajectories of the Islamic World within regional and global systems.
The journal focuses on research that contributes to strategic thinking, futures studies, long-term trend analysis, and the development of theoretical and applied frameworks for understanding political, security, economic, technological, social, and civilizational transformations affecting the Islamic World.
It particularly encourages studies that address uncertainty, structural change, emerging global trends, and alternative future scenarios at regional and international levels.
